Hotel requires for cancellation and reductions not later than
14 days for peak season,7 days for high season and 3 days for low season prior to arrival, Otherwise, a One Night will be charged of the total number of room (s) reserved, No Show will also be One Night charged.
Cancellation Policy: cancellation processing fee
The hotel kindly requests that any cancellations or reductions in the number of reserved rooms be made at least:
• 14 days prior to arrival during the Peak Season,
• 7 days prior to arrival during the High Season, and
• 3 days prior to arrival during the Low Season.
If a cancellation is made after the stated period, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night’s room rate for each reserved room.
In the case of a No Show, a one-night room charge will also apply
